 The Mauian Hotel is a charming low-rise hotel located beachfront between the slopes of the West Maui Mountains and the gentle waters of beautiful Napili Bay. The two-acre property consists of 44 newly renovated studio units, featuring fully equipped kitchens and private lanais. Built in 1959, The Mauian is a rarity--owned by a Hawaiian family, it was one of West Maui's first hotels. Its recent renovation has carefully restored and preserved the "old-Hawaii" ambiance, simplicity and nostalgic character of the property, with its 1950s architecture, hard wood floors, vintage Hawaiian artwork and Hawaiian reproduction furniture. The Mauian offers guests a relaxed island-style haven with no unwanted disturbances-the individual units do not have televisions or phones.
